These are great for a complete home workout. I order Red, Blue and Purple.

I go to the Gym too. Days when I don’t have time for Gym, or I’m Traveling, I use these for my workout and get a good pump.

Items were delivered fast and in great Condition. Would Definitely recommend.

got this band with the p90x workout dvds. needed some sort of band because i dont have a place to do pull-ups. came in very handy can do many different excercises with them.

  3. R. Smith says:

I purchased this exercise band after having rotator cuff surgery and I’d finished up my physical therapy.

It worked great, and I continue to use it several times a week. Not only are my shoulders getting stronger, but a side benefit is that my abdomen is becoming much stronger as well as my back muscles.

You do have to put the time into the exercises, but that’s no biggie. It doesn’t take that much time to tone up at all.

it is missing the piece for the door. Usually, you expect the entire product when you buy something.

  5. L. Rodman says:

I really find this band too weak, and I’m not a regular weight builder. On the ground I can loop it and step on it, but with the door attachment, I have to stand 10 feet away to even start to feel resistance. Can anyone recommend a good stronger band?
