   I was afraid that they would not hold up. I have used all of the bands for different exercises and they work great.

   I am using them with the P90X workout. They are cheaper than the P90X bands and work just as good.

   This says it is great for p90x,slimin6, insanity and cross fit.

   But something at least that I missed, the band weights are:2-5 lbs, 5-8 lbs, 8-12lbs, 11-16 lbs, and 16-20 lbs. Which is great for people who have small muscles. Women rather firm than bulk.

   Great price, but not what i wanted.

   We are starting the P90X program and needed bands for the workouts. So far the bands are working great plus they were much cheaper then the same thing at the sporting good stores.

   The great part is I don’t have to switch handles and cords every time I want to swith weights like most other brands. They seem to be a good quality and the handles are quite comfortable. The only downside is the heaviest weight maxes at 20 lbs of resistance which is too light for most men. Overall I’m satisfied and pleased with the price.

   I’ve only had this product for several days, but it has been good so far for my P90x/30 day shred workouts. The one thing I found annoying about the product description is that they didn’t have the weights that the bands equaled, so I put them here:

   Yellow: 2-5 lbs

   Green: 5-8 lbs

   Red: 8-12 lbs

   Blue: 12-16 lbs

   Black: 16-20 lbs

   These bands are perfect for toning, although if you are into muscle building, I wouldn’t recommend this product, and would suggest purchasing dumbbells instead.

   Also, customer service was extremely good. I couldn’t find the door anchor at first since it was in the package with the green band (which I didn’t use because I use the blue/black bands), but customer service replied to me within the hour with a concerned and courteous attitude.
