   At first I was reluctant to purchase an item like this because it is somewhat pricey. But this is sort of the middle of the road in terms of pricing. I had bought an Isokinetics Pedal Exerciser at first and it served the purpose, but after a while the resistance was not great enough for me. For others, it may work but it didn’t for me.

   I have some health issues that will not allow be to be in an upright position for longer than 10 minutes, but I have absolutely no issues with this exercise bike. This might be the ideal exercise equipment for someone who has health concerns or for someone who just wants to try something different and low impact. You might benefit from this product if you have some back injuries or if you want to exercise but don’t want to strain yourself in the process. It’s easy on your body while working out major muscle groups–especially upper thigh and some parts of the buttocks.

   I absolutely love this bike!! The resistance can be controlled beautifully and it can get really challenging sometimes. I personally love that because that is the only way to build muscle mass effectively. I think it’s better to have more resistance than less, but like I said you can also make it super easy as well just to get your blood moving.

   It tells you how many calories are being burned, where you are in the program you select, it is super quiet and totally worth every penny I spent on it. Also, the quality is excellent. I thought about getting one of the cheaper models, but with something as important as my health, there is no price.

   I’ll preface this by saying I’ve only been using the bike for a few weeks, but so far so good – it’s great! – really solid, well designed, and works very well. The assembly instructions were very clear and good. Very good value !

   I just got this greatSchwinn Active 20 Series Recumbent Exercise Bike, easy to assemble with all bolts and nuts attached and marked on cardboard including tools needed and got it done in a few hours. The exercise programs are from manual and up to six others, target rate and readings for time, calories, mileage and your score on each workout. My wife and I are both 74, use it daily and seat adjustment is easy to change and get going. Schwinn is a well known brand, sturdy and recommend it as well as price compared to others which were reviewed prior to ordering this one.

   I just finished my workout and was compelled to write a review. I really like the bike a lot. It has a number of programs available and is pretty easy to operate. The only complaint I have is that the screen should have a backlight. It’s a little hard to read the screen without an overhead light on. The seat is not very comfortable but I just use a small throw pillow from my couch to sit on and now it’s perfectly fine. Assembly wasn’t too hard. Getting the parts out of the box was a challenge because its all packed so tight. But everything arrived without damage. I had a problem with 1 screw that would not go in straight and started to strip but that was not a big problem. The great price and the reviews on this site were the big selling points for me.

   I really like the bike. It was easy to put together and works very well. It has a lot of nice features and if you don’t want to use all of them, you can just use it manually. One note, the adjustable seat should have instructions that say to apply a lot of pressure on the handle to lock into place. The instruction booklet tells you that there are holes to lock the seat. This one didn’t have that, you just push on the handle and it locks by applying pressure. This is much better, but, you have to push hard on the handle to make it lock. Other than that, I am enjoying my bike and expect to get a lot of use out of it.

   I had a problem with my first bike and Amazon took care of it immediately and sent me a new bike very quickly.

   Great way to do business. I am one satisfied customer.
