   Standard delivery was faster than I expected. Easy to assemble and soundly made. Works great and is comfortable to use. Price was good. Definitely pleased with the purchase.

   This preacher curl attachment fits my Body Solid GDIB46L bench well. The foam pad is comfortable and durable, and the steel construction is solid. The only area of improvement would be for Body Solid to make the barbell rest a little narrower. At its current width (8″), I have to readjust my grip when picking up and putting down the barbell to keep my wrists from hitting the barbell rest. If you grip a barbell wide, you shouldn’t have any problem. Those who have a more narrow grip (forearms in line with your biceps and shoulder), you may experience the same issue I have.

   Bench is very sturdy, comfortable, and versatile. i use it for everything from decline ab crunches to 315lb bench press. i defiantly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy do it all bench on a budget.

   Works great with the GFID31 Bench. Exercises are leg curls and extensions. I use them for complimentary exercises with squats and dead lifts. Easy to assemble.
