    I like these.

    They came with carbiners.

They help with form and support.

They work your shoulders more than just hanging from a bar.

    Price is great…$5 w/super saver.

I don’t need any extra padding.

Go slow or tap your toes on the floor between reps to prevent swinging.

Only comes with a 16.5″ x 11.5″ sheet describing exercises and a suggested regimen.

Works as advertised. Like anything else, ya have ta wanna use it and it isn’t easy. Like the SEALS say, “your only easy day using this thing was the day before yesterday.” It is recommended you use it every other day.

  3. Joseph Theis says:

These straps are great. I used them often and have had absolutely no problems. Aside from the solid construction I don’t have to talk about the value for that price.

  4. L. Perrucci says:

I bought this for roughly $5, and for that price these are great. The fabric is good quality and the metal hooks make it very secure. This can be used on any overhead bar. My ab exercises are mush more efficient with these.

These straps are low cost, high quality, and very durable. I’m a bit over 200 lbs and they support me just fine. Mine did come with the metal carabiners and a how-to insert. Takes some effort getting used to, with the proper form and everything, but well worth it. When new, has some kind of rubbery/latex chemical smell emanating from it, probably from the thin padding within the core. This caused my skin to break out since I have a latex allergy. Putting a small towel inside helps. One added benefit that I wasn’t counting on was the effect on my back. With the help of gravity, this thing apparently tractions your spine into proper alignment. The first time I hung from it, my back went “crack crack” and it felt GOOD! I don’t know how many kinds of back problems this thing is good for, but for me, I was pleasantly surprised.
