I run 3 miles about three or four times a week on concrete or the boardwalk. These socks work very well and as good as socks costing $10 a pair. I can really highly recommend these. Somewhat hard to put on if your feet are at all damp (fresh out of the shower), however are the best fitting sock and stay snug to your feet so they wont bunch up. Feels like there are elastic bands inside the sock which I don't think there are. I consider this a good thing, great for golf, running, sports, etc..
