   I like the bands a lot. I use them for p90x. I don’t do anything with the lightest one or even the next lightest one. I am a 5′6” woman that is 135lbs and I use the Black bands to “Bring it”. I would say the only thing I don’t like is when I am doing some of the arm work outs, the handle will the scratch my arm or hand. But I travel with it so it’s so much better and lighter than dumbells. I give it a 5 stars cuz I’m happy…I’ll let you know if anything happens to it later…

   These are excellent quality resistance bands. They are much better then those available for purchase at Sports Chalet, Sport’s Authority, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I looked around at all the stores locally to compare quality before I ordered these. I am very pleased with the quality, however I do suspect there is a weakness in the design/size of the Rivet Ring that connects the band to the nylon straps of the handles. It looks to me that with wear and tare over time the rivet could rip loose from the strap. I’d like to see a rivet with a rim twice as thick as the one used. However, I’ve used these bands for over a month and they show minimal signs of wear in this area. Despite my concern and design suggestion, I am very happy with these resistance bands and I would purchase them again if the rivet ever tares out.

   You know the phrase, No pain, no gain? I think they had this product in mind when thinking of it. So, My first and last time using these bands resulted in an awesome welt down my back. The band snapped and the cheap, metal rings which are used to hold the handle to the band snapped down my back while doing triceps curls….I was not over stretching the bands, they are complete crap….You defiantly get what you pay for…

   I bought these bands for my wife to use with the P90X program. She absolutely loves them. She used to get pain in her elbows from using free weights. Since she has switched to the bands, she hasn’t had any pain. For the price, they are very well made and I’m expecting them to last for several years.

   They work well for our college girls! The red and black in particular…The yellow and blue are pretty much worthless and the green is great for rehab stints. Not bad for the money though…

   I think these would be great for middle school students
