I bought this for my desk at work. It is the perfect height and allows me to get in sets of sit ups all day long. I may actually get rid of this gut! It’s very durable. I am on it up to 8 hours a day and it is holding up well.
So glad I read the other reviews and chose this exercise ball. Good quality and easy to inflate!
Bosu ball is pretty good. Good dark black color. Be aware that the pump that comes with it is not what you would think. It is a plastic accordian style pump that you step on, and squeals horribly. If you can deal with the squealing, then yes it does get the job done. Air plug to hold the air in does work, but it sticks out of the bosu ball about 1.5 cm. Overall, not a bad product. It seems stronger than most bosu balls.
I bought this to use as my office chair at work. It seems very reliable, and I have had no issue with it deflating. I was glad it came with a pump and it’s nice to have around for whenever i will eventually have to inflate it. I ordered the 75cm but it looks like I got the next size down. I am a tall girl, 5′11, and I was disappointed, but I was excited about the purchase so i gave it a try. It works fine so long as it’s fully inflated.
It’s nice to have a black one in the office, makes me feel a LITTLE less weird about having one.
It’s fun to bounce on during the day and it really has improved my posture.

We bought this to bounce on while we hold our new, colicky babe. It’s a great soother. We had another ball from Sports Authority but this one has a *much* better bounce. Gentler, more lofty, slower, and way less effort. I never use the other one any more – just roll this around the house as needed.
