Used a super thick rolled-up type for years but always hated having to hassle with the rolling/unrolling and keeping it flat while working out. However, it lasted forever. Finally decided the somewhat absorbant material needed to be replaced so went ahead and purchased this one. VERY pleased!

No hassles to keep flat, fold or store.
It’s a bit large but easy to carry and even easier to work out with. Provides excellent support even on hard tile floors. Very good option!
My bedroom at home is all tile and very hard. Every morning I pull the accordion mat out of my closet to stretch on. The padding is perfect on the hard tile. Works great!
We ordered 6 mats to use to do sit-ups in class. All of the mats arrived in very good condition. We chose this mat because we wanted to do sit-ups and push-ups on our concrete floor, and the padding is perfect. Easy to store, all 6 mats stack very nicely in the corner.
Was very surprised at the great quality of this product! This is a useful, thick, comfortable exercise mat that I would recommend to anyone, VERY pleased. The handles are great, this is a lightweight but well-made pad that is EASY to travel with, easy to get in and out of a car.
