   This is the third pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS running shows I’ve owned. I continue to buy them because they work so well for me. This latest pair is no exception.

   These shoes are geared toward a low-arched/flat-footed dude like me. They fit comfortably and cause no pain to my arches, or elsewhere for that matter. I run anywhere from 3 to 10 miles at a time with no discomfort. Last (and probably least), I love the all-black color — less gaudy and more versatile for every-day activities.

   While the “version” number increases every time I buy a pair (it’s now 10), I notice no appreciable difference from version to version.

   I have flat feet and these shoes provide the proper amount of support for my runs. I have tried other shoes and experienced IT Band troubles on both legs due to lack of support. So far, I have run over 30 miles over the past two weeks in these shoes and my feet feel great! They are very comfortable with the right amount of cushioning.

   The shoe was a pleasant surprise. It looks good, but more importantly it feel great. If only the price were cheaper!
