   if you’re hoping for a cure for your aching back and sore muscles then maybe an inversion table will suffice.

   Unless your dealing with major sciatic disc, the kind of pain that just wont go away without medication or eventual surgery which i eventually needed and received,

   than you will most likely find it a mild sedative at best. Although an hour a day at slight inversion and escalating, you will find relief and an improvement in mental concentration and overall improvement in your circulation.

   This Inversion Table is practical although not comfortable but with the addition of a pillow and a headrest it will remedy the problem. For the price its a sturdy piece of equipment without any recognizable flaws.

   As the title says, it is very good equipment, I mean very good, sturdy and it can be adjusted to any height and position.
