So far, 3 adults have tried setting this up using their directions. One finally got it to reset. We’ve tried it several times, counting our steps & then comparing with the Accusplit – no agreement.

  2. Diane says:

I am very happy with my pedometer. It appears to be very accurate. It was not too difficult to calibrate. Clip on is somewhat difficult to put on beltline, but so far not other problems. I am very satisfied.

  3. K Kemp says:

I purchased my pedometer a few weeks ago and it was easy to set up and use. It seems accurate and I like the additional clip for keeping it secure on my waistband. My only inconvenience is that it’s slow to respond when I want to reset it.

I love this little pedometer. It was easy to program. I am trying to walk 10,000 steps a day and this pedometer keeps track of all the steps. I like that it shows the steps and the equivilent distance and the calories burned. It clips on to my pant waistband and also has a clip that I attach to my pocket, in the event the pedometer slips off my waistband, the pedometer does not fall on the ground because I have it clipped to the pocket. Very nice feature. I think it was well worth the money and I have lost weight with all my walking.

This is the second or third Accusplit Eagle I have owned over the years, and I find it completely satisfactory. It measures consistently, is easy to use, and almost never runs out of battery. But the MAIN thing is, the clip that attaches it to one’s belt or clothing at the waist is just right. I have had other pedometers and the clip would either loosen or break, causing the instrument to fall off. With the Accusplit, I am so confident it will stay on, that I never use the safety clip that they provide with it, I just throw it away. It’s all in the exact design and curvature of the clip. Please, Accusplit, do not change it.
