   How come someone can think that you can sit on your knees during your workout! My nees sored so bad after using it 3 minutes. I had to pack it ASAP. Don’t think it is easy. They packaged it so badly so you cannot ship it back. It is a total waste of time any money.

   I felt like it worked, but it hurt my back and knees. I even slid out of it once, which could have been dangerous. It was just uncomfortable to use. I returned it.

   The product is defective and I would like a replacement. But I don’t know who to contact. As soon as I can receive a replacement and send the one I have back, I will rewrite an outstanding review.

   WHEN I FIRST GOT THIS,IT WAS SO HARD TO GET IT GOING.I WAS GETTING PISSED.THEN I REALIZED THE TRICK TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE WORKOUT IS TO GO MODERATE SLOW AT A STEADY PACE.SO FAR I’VE HAD NO BREAKAGE.THE PAINT JOB SUCKS FROM THE ROLLERS AS IT’S WAX BASED.OTHER THAN THAT… I ENJOY MY AB WORKOUT ON THIS NOW.SO CAN’T PLEASE EVERYBODY AS THERE’S A 90% TO 10% RATIO OF HAPPINESS FROM THE COMPANY THEMSELVES.

   Like many of the other reviews, I liked the excersize but the machine didn’t last for the two week reveal of my “new” abs. If it were constructed better, I’d love it. However, just like other reviews, the circle part with protective coating chipped away and the rollers chipped and wouldn’t go. I only used the 3 minutes per day and it didn’t make it two weeks. When I called to return it, they tried selling me the warranty. They did send new wheels, but when they don’t make it two weeks, it’s not worth it. The new wheels arrived at the end of my 30 day trial. Also, my knees slide out of the spot where the knees sit.
